If you like Greek mythology, I highly recommend you read this book. Percy Jackson is a 12 year old boy with
ADHD and dyslexia, who has been kicked out of several schools. Percy ,his best friend Grover, who is actually a stayr (half-goat, half-man) and Percy’s mother travel to a certain camp. On the way, they are attacked by a minotaur, which grabs Percy’s mother, while Percy and Grover narrowly escape.
Percy wakes up t ofind out he is at camp half-bloob, a camp for children that are half-god and half-human. It is then revealed that Percy is the son of Poseidon, one of the ‘Big Three’ gods. Shortly afterwards, Percy is granted a quest, and sets out to retrieve the most powerful weapon in the world; the Master Bolt, which has been stolen right under the gods noses.

To find out what happens, I seriously recommend you read this book, for anyone aged 9 or 10+
